Jenna graduated in 2011 from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has taken a variety of post graduate courses, including AFCI Acupuncture, Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy A & B, Mastering the Shoulder Complex, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and taping. She has also advanced her manual therapy skills by completing post-graduate training in Levels 1, 2 and Level 3 lower quadrant in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Her treatment approach is focused around manual therapy and functional exercise. She enjoys working with all ages and a variety of orthopaedic injuries.

Jenna is passionate about fitness and strives to assist  her clients to return to an active lifestyle and achieve their goals.  In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, yoga and playing beach volleyball. She is also loves cooking and playing/writing music.
