COVID 19 Necessary Adjustments

Dear Physio Patients,

The health and well-being of our patients and staff is of paramount importance to us. Under the guidance and direction of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, we have decided to make some changes to our schedules.

Bridlewood Medical Centre Physiotherapy (64 Stonehaven Drive, Kanata) will remain open to welcome patients from all of our locations. We will be working reduced hours for those who require treatment of acute conditions or injuries, and to meet the needs of our patients.
We will temporarily suspend activities at two of our locations: Eagleson Place Physiotherapy (at 80 Michael Cowpland Drive, Kanata), and Physical Dynamics (at 525 Cote St. Ottawa). These offices will remain closed until at least March 31, 2020.

All appointments will be confirmed just one day before the scheduled visit so that we have the most up-to-date information regarding closures and precautions from Ontario Public Health and the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (as you know, things can change quickly). This means that you will receive a phone call or email to touch base the day before your currently scheduled appointment.
Our phones and email will be checked regularly and messages will be returned, so please do not hesitate to contact us at 613-599-9039 (all of the clinic phones are being forwarded to this office).

Please note that all patients will be subjected to a screening process for potential exposure to COVID 19 before being allowed entry to the clinic. If you have travelled outside of the country in the last 14 days, or have a cough, fever, or are generally feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. If you have had contact with someone who is suspected of having COVID 19, please reschedule your appointment. The Medical Centre, with whom we share an entrance, will be doing the screening at the door. Their activities have been largely reassigned to telephone consultations, thus greatly reducing traffic in the waiting area.
