Registered Massage Therapy
The Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario defines massage therapy as, “A comprehensive intervention involving a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. The purpose of Massage Therapy is to prevent, develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain.”
Our experienced RMT’s use a range of techniques in their practice that include:
- deep tissue massage
- lymphatic drainage
- myofascial release
- shiatsu massage
- sports massage
- trigger point release
Appointments are available weekdays from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and 2 Saturdays per month.
